Are you fascinated by bittersweet concoctions? This month, we will be hosting a special MUSE of the Month event focusing on iconic Aperitivo cocktails based on Mancino Vermouth.
Let us invite you on an intriguing cocktail journey with Grazia Di Franco, the Bar Consultant and Brand Ambassador of Mancino Vermouth for Asia and Australia. Grazia was the integral part of the team working at Tales and Spirits of Amsterdam, one of the world’s 50 Best Bars, which then led her to win the title of the Modern Mixing Champion of 2015.

With experiences ranging from Italy, Miami, Amsterdam and Sydney, Grazia is a real globetrotter on the international bar scene driven by the love of discovery. After winning to the title of Modern Mixing Champion 2015 while working at 50 Best Bars Tales and Spirits of Amsterdam, Grazia became the Creative Director of Caffè Bartolo, an Italian cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Sydney. Recently, she became the Brand Ambassador for Australia and Asia for Mancino Vermouth and Rinomato. Today she is based in Rome, continuing her journey spreading the love of Vermouth and Aperitif together with Mancino Vermouth, being in charge of the creative process of the brand, as well as working as a bar and beverage consultant for international firms.
